I am also an affirming therapist for LGBTQ+ clients, and a sex-positive, kink-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and disability-affirming counselor.
How I work with my clients
My work is grounded in a humanistic, person-centered approach that emphasizes curiosity, authenticity, and meaningful personal growth.
In therapy, I collaborate with clients to better understand their experiences, explore patterns in their lives and relationships, and develop new ways of responding to challenges.
