We love being able to support our clients in Northern Virginia and want to add more clinicians to the team so we can expand our reach!

CURRENT OPENINGS

We are looking for mental health counselors or therapists who are fully licensed or pursuing licensure within the state of Virginia!

We are looking for clinicians to work out of our new space in Fairfax, VA. Online sessions will be an option until our new space is fully operational in early 2024!

We provide our therapists:

  • A beautifully decorated and furnished office. 

  • Ongoing referrals and marketing.

  • Use of our HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) software for quick and easy clinical documentation with an integrated telehealth platform.

  • Administrative support to schedule intake appointments, perform insurance verification of benefits and billing, collect payments, and answer phones.

  • Flexible scheduling and ability to provide in-person and teletherapy sessions.

  • Appointment reminders sent to all your clients via text and email.

  • Enrollment with the major insurance companies & re-credentialing for eligible clinicians.

  • Collaboration with and support from our therapy team; monthly clinical consultation available.

  • Stipend for WPATH foundations course to ensure competency in working with the transgender population.
