Hi, I’m Missy Wheeler, PhD, NCC, ACS. I have worked in the counseling field for more than 20 years, primarily in community college, college, and university settings.
Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, exercising, and spending time with my family.
What I Do at Neutral Ground Counseling Group
As the Hiring Consultant for Neutral Ground Counseling Group, I support the practice’s recruitment process by identifying, screening, and evaluating clinicians who may be a strong fit for our team.
My experience in the counseling profession includes extensive work in career development and participation on numerous hiring committees throughout my career. I work closely with our leadership team to help identify candidates who align with the practice’s values and commitment to affirming, inclusive care.
